For stays of 14 nights or more, an intermediate cleaning service is mandatory. This service includes the cleaning of wet areas (bathrooms, toilets and kitchen). The date and time of the service will be arranged in advance with the guests. This requirement ensures a high standard of hygiene and regular maintenance of the property throughout your stay.

Our Best Stay in the Loire Valley

A lovely location in the charming village of Montlivault – we especially enjoyed walking to the bakery in the morning for fresh pastries!

Two restaurants within walking distance were also excellent.

Delphine welcomed us on arrival and was incredibly friendly and responsive throughout our stay. The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated, and perfectly suited for two families – the children absolutely loved the saltwater pool!

A Fairytale Stay in the Loire Valley

We had an absolutely perfect stay in Montlivault! The house is immaculate, beautifully decorated with great attention to detail, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need – it instantly feels like home.

The swimming pool and children’s play area were a real highlight for the kids, while we enjoyed the stunning courtyard, perfectly maintained.

We had a wonderful stay at Delphine’s place. One of the best Airbnb accommodations we’ve ever stayed in. A beautiful house, a fabulous pool — our family (3 generations) all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Delphine was so friendly and helpful. I recommend visiting some of the nearby châteaux, the Beauval Zoo, cycling along the Loire river while you’re there. There are also two great restaurants within walking distance, as well as a bakery and a butcher. You won’t be disappointed.

Our stay at Delphine’s home felt far too short – we would have loved to stay longer!

Delphine welcomed us right on time, showed us around the house, and provided all the information we needed. She also shared great recommendations for local amenities and activities, which we truly appreciated.

The house itself is beautiful both inside and out. Our children especially loved their bedroom and the play areas.

We loved everything!

Our family of 4 (with two boys) had a wonderful time at Delphine’s place. We spent 4 days exploring the surrounding châteaux. It was so lovely to come back to such a peaceful and spacious space for the boys. The pool was charming and we had several meals on the patio while the boys were swimming. The house had everything you could need for a holiday rental.
